We’re looking for a talented Designer to join our team in the Amsterdam office. If you genuinely love beautiful design and creating incredible user experiences, then we want to hear from you today!
What you will be doing
As our designer, you will be responsible for implementing a consistent visual brand identity for The Inner Circle globally. You will be working closely together with our product & development team, our marketing & events team and our communications team
Together with our product and development team you will design and come up with adjustments and new features to create an incredible UX/UI on the app. A strong understanding of psychology and human behaviour is essential and you understand the technical implications in design decisions. You will also run design led A/B-tests in collaboration with the product team.
You will collaborate closely with the marketing & events team to create a consistent and recognisable visual brand across all of our marketing channels. This varies from design materials and ad campaigns to landing pages and merchandise.
Finally, you will work with our communication team to help optimize designs of member communications such as email and in-app alerts. You will also support our PR with campaign designs and infographics.
In short, you will be working together with our incredibly talented, passionate team to help The Inner Circle establish itself as the place for inspiring singles around the world to meet-up.

What you’ll be doing
As our Brand Communications manager you will take the lead on our communications channels. You will be responsible for tracking and optimising all our communication channels by devising unique campaigns that connect. This means being a star at copy writing, creative thinking and analytics.
You work closely together with our marketeers to safeguard the brands tone of voice and device genuis communications angels. You will take the lead on our (social) media channels by developing a clear strategy and ensure set objectives are achieved through solid planning.
Around the year there are fantastic opportunities for The Inner Circle to get out there and make a difference. As Brand Communications you identify these opportunities and take the lead on creating cross functional campaigns. Last November we for example raised awareness around men's (mental) health problems through our Movember campaign.
You will be working together with our incredibly talented, passionate team to help The Inner Circle establish itself as the place to be for inspiring singles around the world.
